I had a great experience working with Lucia through the in-person styling service to build a cohesive wardrobe that better reflects my style, lifestyle, and professional needs. She listened carefully to my goals and made our two days of personal shopping in New York both productive and genuinely enjoyable. Lucia had thoughtfully planned every detail, and she made the entire experience feel fun, personal, and incredibly well cared for. Her support continued well beyond the shopping trip itself: she recommended additional pieces to fill any remaining gaps, tracked shipments, helped coordinate returns, and was always patient, responsive, and flexible with my busy schedule. It truly felt like white-glove service. I feel much more confident in my wardrobe and have a strong foundation that we can continue to update and refresh seasonally. Lucia’s outfit recommendations introduced me to new ways of styling my pieces, while the thoughtful color palettes have made packing and creating mix-and-match looks much easier. I greatly appreciated her kindness, attention to detail, and expertise, and I look forward to continuing to work with her.

Lucia was terrific to work with — personable and empathetic, but also direct, which was exactly the mix I needed. Despite a busy schedule and time zone differences, she was very flexible in finding time to support me. I now have pieces that work for personal trips, work travel, and everyday life, and everything just goes together effortlessly. I recently stepped into an elevated role on short notice and felt like my wardrobe was already completely prepared. I highly recommend this investment in yourself!

If you're debating whether Next Level Wardrobe is worth the money, here's the honest answer: it's a serious investment, and it's also the best money I've ever spent on myself. I want to be upfront for anyone comparing options: this is a real commitment, not a one-off shopping spree, and it's not for someone looking for a quick fix. If you're expecting a single "glam day" or a stylist who treats you like a mood board, this isn't that. What you get instead is a structured, ongoing system built specifically around your actual life: your job, your body, your budget, your existing pieces. This is not a generic capsule wardrobe or someone else's aesthetic imposed on you. I looked at other options first. Local independent stylists in my area were selling vibes, not a system. "This looks good" with no explanation of why, no philosophy behind the picks, no plan for how I'd keep dressing myself once their program ended. Big-box personal shopping services felt like the opposite problem: fast, generic, and clearly optimized for volume over actually understanding a person. NLW was the only option that treated this as building something that would hold up long-term, not just filling a closet. That's what the price reflects. It's not a tier of hand-holding, but the actual depth of the work: full closet audits, an outfit-formula system custom built from scratch around my real life, ongoing troubleshooting for months, not a single session and a shopping list. Concretely: Cassandra and Lucia built me an entire outfit-formula system. I walked away with repeatable combinations across dress codes, from casual through formal, using a small rotation of shoes and layering pieces that stretch much further than the piece count suggests. Every session was focused with real outcomes, not an editorial "look at what we bought", with identifying what doesn't work or why we were adding something new. That discipline is the difference between this and a big-box personal shopper. Nothing was recommended without a functional reason behind it. I also want to call out Lucia specifically, because a huge amount of what made this work day-to-day was her. She was genuinely available around the clock and weekends over text - not just for styling questions, but for the small, unglamorous stuff that actually determines whether a wardrobe holds up. She taught me how to clean a hand-wash-only piece, how to store something so it doesn't lose its shape, and how to troubleshoot why an outfit looked slightly off to my untrained eye. That kind of responsiveness isn't a line item you can put a price on, but it's a huge part of why NLW's system works instead of falling apart when I ask a question. I can get dressed faster than my husband these days, and literally everything in my closet actually gets worn. No orphaned pieces, no impulse buys I regret, no "I'll use this someday", no "I'll wear it once I weigh X lbs". If you can commit to the process and the cost, the return is a wardrobe that actually works for many years, not just one that looks good in a single outfit photo or lasts for a couple trendy seasons.
