I decided to use NLW when I returned to an office after working from home for six years. Needed to quickly put together a wardrobe I liked that was appropriate for a C-level exec in the finance and technology space, with enough flexibility to cover an average day of work, board meetings, business trips to EMEA, APAC and LatAm, and black tie events. It was a ton of mental and physical work, but worth both the effort and the expense. Lucia was the perfect partner -- patient, experienced, responsive, instructive, with just the right amount of gentle candor. Five months later I have a fully refreshed closet and am on a first name basis with my tailor. I expect to use NLW again for a winter and/or resort update. I have only positive things to say about my virtual experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of working with Lucia at Next Level Wardrobe. She listened to my needs, was open to feedback, and provided excellent advice. As someone who has mostly been focused on my career, and not so much on my professional appearance, it felt so good to have an expert guiding my closet upgrade. Not only did I learn things about how to dress stylishly, I had fun. Lucia also helped me with decisions about what to let go of. After accumulating a lifetime of clothes and experiencing decision paralysis, I now look forward to looking into my closet each morning. Money well spent. Would do it again. I had a great experience working with Lucia through the in-person styling service to build a cohesive wardrobe that better reflects my style, lifestyle, and professional needs. She listened carefully to my goals and made our two days of personal shopping in New York both productive and genuinely enjoyable. Lucia had thoughtfully planned every detail, and she made the entire experience feel fun, personal, and incredibly well cared for. Her support continued well beyond the shopping trip itself: she recommended additional pieces to fill any remaining gaps, tracked shipments, helped coordinate returns, and was always patient, responsive, and flexible with my busy schedule. It truly felt like white-glove service. I feel much more confident in my wardrobe and have a strong foundation that we can continue to update and refresh seasonally. Lucia’s outfit recommendations introduced me to new ways of styling my pieces, while the thoughtful color palettes have made packing and creating mix-and-match looks much easier. Lucia was terrific to work with — personable and empathetic, but also direct, which was exactly the mix I needed. Despite a busy schedule and time zone differences, she was very flexible in finding time to support me. I now have pieces that work for personal trips, work travel, and everyday life, and everything just goes together effortlessly.
